Warranty can be claimed only with the Original warranty card & the purchase invoice copy (soft copy or hard copy). In cases where the manufacturer does not provide warranty card, then invoice copy provided by us can be provided for warranty claims.

Place a call to customer care no or customer service no of the respective manufacturer provided on the warranty bill. Explain the problem in the brief note and follow the customer care advises for any checks.
The service team will schedule an inspection to diagnose and resolve the issue.
You'll need to present the original bill & warranty card and handover a copy of each to the service personnel.
